Fred van Beers appointed new CEO

During the General Meeting of Shareholders on 31 August Fred van Beers was officially appointed as a member of the Executive Board of Sif Holding N.V. All votes were cast in favour of appointment. There were no votes against the resolution and there were no abstentions from voting. The resolution was thereby adopted.
The appointment is for a period of 4 years from 1 September 2018
